I am currently in Turkey and although I topped up and my package is active right now but still it says I need to top up and my phone is currently inactive. What can I do now?
Hey @oktay_84477 thanks for posting here, as Turkey isn't int he EU you wouldn't be able to use the data roaming allowances while in the EU. This means you would need to top up by less than the activation amount so that you can have credit to use calls texts and data while in Turkey.

While you are in Turkey you would be charged for receiving standard calls and I would recommend going to the link below and entering your number to see the charges while in Turkey.
