Three+ Top Up 20% Bonus Reward promo removed?

Hi, I was about to do my €20 top up today and I could not find the Three+ Top up 20% Bonus reward in the Three+ app. I swear I saw it yesterday when I was checking it, but I didn't have time to top up then.

Has this promo been removed or is this a temporary glitch in my Three+ app?

Hey @imjosh thanks for posting here, unfortunately the Three+ Top Up offer is currently unavailable however if this returns in the future it will appear in the app.

But why has it been removed without any other promo to replace it?  Month after month there's less relevant Three+ promos that we can avail of, nothing worth using or purchasing, and you remove the only promo that actually matters...

I can't remember the last time I used any of the Three+ promo or partners, only the 20% top up bonus.

Are there any plans to have the 20% bonus reward promo back soon?

If it's not there then Three does not have any advantage vs other cheaper options like 48.ie which gives you unlimited data and calls for 12.99, or TescoMobile where you get also unlimited data for €15 and you get €15 worth of credit as well.

Hey @imjosh I have checked this here with the team and they have advised me that there was a technical issue with the offer and the team are working to resolve this and get the offer back up as soon as possible but I can't guarantee a timeline for when this will be fixed.

I cannot believe a word they say due to my experience with so called support. When I hear I passed a message to the team, that's just moving responsibility. 

I filed a complaint about support not doing anything in my case, despite multiple live chat conversations. My query was "passed to the team" and I meant to be notified within few days. Nothing ever happened.

My issue was not getting extra credit each month after setting up recurring monthly top up. When I asked for network unlock code for my device to move to a different network, they offered me some free credit just to fool me and keep me going with 3. I suppose that's why they wanted to "look after you" via private messages. 

20% extra credit most likely will not be back. 3 battling with Vodafone, they are ahead by now, shareholders are happy, and there is no point to keep going for 3 network with 20% extra by now as its just unnecessary loss for them by now, unless they ll start loosing customers again

Hey @Marcin_33279 I understand the disappointment with the offer being removed however I can confirm this is going to return once the error the team is fixing has been resolved. 

The reason we would ask customers to contact us via PM is because we would never discuss account specifics over a public post. The Three+ offer required customers to Top up via the link on Three+ so as you were mentioning that you were using recurring monthly top up this would be the reason why the offer wasn't working for you. If you are looking to request an unlocking code this can be done via our Unlocking My Phone form.

Hey @ClowdWolf thanks for posting here, currently the offer is unavailable on the app and the only way to receive the offer would have been through the app.
