Three+ Top Up 20% Bonus Reward promo removed?

[imjosh]

Hi, I was about to do my €20 top up today and I could not find the Three+ Top up 20% Bonus reward in the Three+ app. I swear I saw it yesterday when I was checking it, but I didn't have time to top up then.

Has this promo been removed or is this a temporary glitch in my Three+ app?

I was told by Three+ support agent to avail of the 20% bonus one should:

You need to do top up with 20 euro from below link and 20 euro credit bonus will applied on the account within 10 working days once the top up is sucessfully. https://3.ie/wyvcx

Seems sus. Is this correct?

Hey @Add_82336. The link above allows you to complete unregistered top-ups. It does not offer bonus credit when customers use the link.

I have received confirmation from our Three+ team that the 20% bonus credit promotion is not currently live. We are working on bringing it back in November. Keep an eye on the Three+ app for the latest.
