Three+ login issues

I have been using the Three+ android app fine up until the start of February. When the new monthly offers were launched every offer was greyed over so I forced stop the app, cleared the cache and relaunched the app but the offers were still grey. I then cleared the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 

 

Subsequently anytime I login I get the error message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes" and I haven't been able to login since. I can still login to My3 account and Three+ via the website.

 

I have already been in contact with customer care who have deleted my account and had me re-register and have also forwarded the issue to tech support who did something and got me to reinstall the app however none of this has worked.

 

Is there any possibility there is something Three's side that is blocking me from accessing this app? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey @muffinhead , thanks for posting here and I'd love to help you with this query, can I check is this happening with just the Three+ app or are you facing a similar issue with the My3 app when you are logging in?

My3 app logs in fine. It is only the Three+ app I am having this issue with.

Thanks @muffinhead, as you can log into Three+ online and My3 using the App and Online it sounds like it might be something with the settings itself, are you able to test if you can access the app with Wifi Turned on vs with Wifi turned off?

The same problem occurs when using WiFi or mobile data.

Thanks @muffinhead , can you check your updates in the Android store for an update incase the app hasn't downloaded the most recent version. 

I'm using the latest version 1.18.18 but the problem also occured in the older v1.18.17 as well.
