@Arka_16795 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community 👋 It looks like you're on our Prepay 20 plan. With this plan if you top up by €20, your account will be debited €20 to activate your plan. Since you topped up by €40, €20 was taken for your plan activation & remainder was left on your account as part of your balance.
Whenever you top-up by your plan amount which in your case is €20 your plan is activated. This is why you only see a balance of €20 out of the €40 top-up you did.
Whenever you top-up by your plan amount regardless of when your last top-up was the system will register this as a plan activation. For example, if you topped up on 09/08 by €20, your plan would be activated. If the next day on 10/08 you then topped up by €40, €20 would be taken to activate your plan allowance & the remaining would be added to your account as credit. If you wish to add a credit to your number going forward I would suggest topping up by €10 or €15.
