Top up hasnt applied and i lost my money

I top up my number €15 on 15Dec. And I top up another  €10 on 30Dec. I am using the prepaid 20 welcome. Ive checked this morning that the money is in my account. It was scheduled to renew today. Since I sti have he money in my account so I thought there wont be any issue. However, I had no internet throughout the day and when I checked my account, there is no balance left. My €25 was gone, and my number is still inactive. HELP
