Top up not applied to account, even though I was charged e20

Hi All,

 

I cannot access the app on my phone to contact support as my phone is now in offline mode, so I have come here to ask for help. I have topped up e20 to my account within the 30day period last night, and I received an error saying to try again later, but the money still came from my card. So I have paid for e20 topup and I never received it

, no topup has been applied on my account and now because its out of plan, all my credit has been used up. This is the second time this has happened to me, what can I do now? How can I even contact support? I want a full refund of the credit that was in my account, this is not my fault.

@Neo_Feck Hi Jason, let's get this checked out for you. How did you top-up? Was it done via your My3 account app or web version, the instant top-up, or your online banking? Is the charge showing as pending or complete?
