I topped up my credit 20 euros and it ran out in 3 minutes. Not sure why this happened but that's 20 euros wasted.
Hi @Isabella_90672 and welcome to 3Community. I'd love to help you find out what happened to your top up I'll just need a little more info. As the top up only lasted a few minutes I need to know what plan are you on and were you roaming at the time?
