I have topped up before the 28 days were up because my data was really slow, so assumed it was because I should top it up. Now I have a balance of €60. Can I use my balance to pay for top ups or is this balance pretty much useless & lost money? Hopefully someone can answer me! Thank you
Hey @Kate_09352 , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂 When you top up by the minimum amount to activate your plan your plan is activated for 28 days from the date that you have topped up. If you are unsure that your plan has expired before topping up you can check this by logging into the My3 app to view your plan. Unfortunately you won't be able to use existing credit to activate future plans however you can use credit for out of bundle services, charity donations or other services like app purchases which you can view here.

I had a similar issue in the past. Suggest contacting Three Customer service. It’s not quick - they really gave me the runaround- but after demanding to speak with a manager, threatening to contact ComReg, and floating the idea of a credit card chargeback, they eventually refunded me some (but not all) of the ineffective topups.
