Topped up once but it took it twice.

Hi there, 

I topped up my credit recently and noticed in my bank account that I was charged once and then when I looked in my account, it says I topped up twice. I only did the action once. 

Can this be added for next month instead so I don't have to top up again and get my unlimited allowance.
