Topped up twice

Hi, the system topped up twice just now, I was billed twice for a total of $40 when it should have been $20.I have the 3 Prepay 20 plan. Can you transfer my accidental second top up so it will be usable in the following month or maybe just cancel the second top up? Thanks.
