Topped up wrong plan (I think)

Hello. I am visiting from Australia and thought I had a data pack that is due to expire on Oct 10.

I went to add on another month but believe I have mistakenly paid GBP20 for something else - Im not really clear what or how long it runs for.

I realized I only needed to pay GBP10 for the extra month of data.  We leave the UK in a couple of weeks and then will be home so I don't need more..

 

Is there anything I can do about this?  Please don't tell me I need to ring the contact centre as every time I call I get the ' we have a longer than usual wait time' message and have nowhere else to go but here. I presume that's their secret plan! 🥹

Hi @Paul_75680 if you're on our 3Prepay 20 plan topping up by €20 will reactivate your plan and give you access to 19GB of data which can be used in the UK.
