For weeks now, ever since I updated my account, I have not been able to remove automatic top up.
i always get the error message "Oops" and to contact support when I click on the link "Schedule Top Up'
pls fix urgently as this is always charging my ban
I don't need the top up right now.

Thanks for the speedy reply. It's both from the app and on normal web browsers. I did try to workaround the issue by accessing via normal browser using my laptop.
I even tried using different browsers. So far tried it on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari; same issue (even in incognito mode)
