Unable to use my 3 prepay credit on Apple App Store

Hi,

I tried to use my 3 prepay credit as usual on the Apple App Store and it is not letting me.

Last time I tried using my credit was on 27 September and it worked fine.

For context I am trying to use my credit on in-app purchases on the App Store.

Is this a known global issue? Is there an issue with my account in specific?

Could I get some insight on this please?

Please PM me with your name, number, full address and date of birth. Please let me know if Mobile Phone is your payment method in your Apple ID settings in the Payment & Shipping section. I'd also like to know what app you were trying to purchase and what error you got.

Hi, any solution to this? I've been trying to use the prepaid credit but i cant pay for anything in the apple ecosystem.

Same is happening to me. 
it won’t let me select pay with mobile billing.

@Sticks_Brianb do you mean you're not able to select Mobile phone as a payment method in Payment and Shipping? Or having Mobile Phone as your payment method you can't complete a purchase in the app store?

Hi Stacey

Thank you for your reply but I got it fixed.

I contacted apple on their support page.

I had 83cent in my apple account and had to get that to zero before it would accept mobile billing.

So I added money to my account to buy something to get it to zero balance. and it worked.  I then deleted Apple Pay option in billing and kept it at mobile billing.

Hope that helps anyone else
