Hi, I pay €20 a month for all you can eat 4G data. But it looks like if I started that deal now, I would get 5G instead of 4G for the same price. How can I upgrade so I'm getting 5G but without changing my number or sim card?
@Samuel_17204 Hi Samuel & welcome to the 3Community. You can change your plan directly from your My3 account. Check out our Help & Support blog Change Plan or Add Ons. Not to worry changing your plan won't require you to change your number or SIM.
