Voicemail generic greeting

How do I switch to the generic greeting on voicemail? The only option it gives me is to record my name and message.

Welcome to 3Community @A_24104. To set up your voicemail greeting dial 171. Once you're in the main menu select option 2 and then you'll be given 3 options

• 1 to record a personal greeting
• 2 to set a standard greeting
• 3 to set a standard greeting with your name

From what you've said you're looking for option 2 or 3.
