What's app photos and videos suddenly will not download.

Are the photos and videos failing to download within WhatsApp or to your phone's memory?

Hi within What's app only I think. When a video or photo has been sent in a what's app message and I click on it, it says can't complete download.

@Add_07489 okay! This can happen in areas of low data signal. Would that be true for you? Can you stream YouTube videos or view lets say RTE news?

No, don't usually have any problems with getting on line. Live in urban area with no signal issues. Have been on the web on my phone with no issues since this problem started with what's app.

@Add_07489 thanks for that, this might be something for WhatsApp support. Have you checked over here ? If that information doesn't help you might have to get in contact with their support team directly.

The only other thing that I can think of , is that maybe your phone memory is full! Worth checking.
