This is the text I keep receiving.
I was wondering if it was true, because it comes from three, I mean from the same number that send me a confirmation text every time I top up my mobile.
Hi there @Add_35222 thank you for reaching out to us here on 3Community. We're aware that some Three customers may have received an SMS claiming to be sent by Three, advising them that their service will be disabled if a link within the SMS is not clicked. We can confirm that this isn’t from Three and our teams are investigating this, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I am getting the same text! With the link! I opened it up and now I’m worried it’s a virus or something
Hi there @Louise_15842 when you clicked on the link was it looking for you to put in some personal details like your username and password? If so this is a phishing message, not a virus. Did you give any details?
