Hi, I received the following text message :
“Your number is inactive. Ready to reactivate? Top Up by €20 or more and get €20 bonus credit. Use it on international calls, boosters, purchases on eligible apps via 3Pay, and more. Top Up now 3.ie/wyvcx To opt out of marketing messages, text OPTOUT to 50333”
This message of June 21 was not preceded by any warnings whatsoever. Of course I did immediately a top up for fear of losing my number, and it seems to be working normally. Although I use this phone number rarely, I keep always a credit and I make phone calls sporadically. Last usage was a call on June 13 and a top up of €20 on March 3. How can my number become inactive in such case? And why was I not warned before I got the message mentioned above? I would appreciate very much an explanation by an administrator, either to tell me that there was a mistake of the system or a negligence on my part, so that this situation is never repeated. Thank you for your attention to my request.
