Today I received a text saying that my number is inactive, and that if it stays inactive for 50 days, outstanding credit will be cancelled and I may lose the number.
The last top-up was four months ago, and I received no warning about impending inactivity. Also, since I received that text today, I've sent and received text messages.
So what's the story?
