"Your number is inactive" text

Today I received a text saying that my number is inactive, and that if it stays inactive for 50 days, outstanding credit will be cancelled and I may lose the number.

The last top-up was four months ago, and I received no warning about impending inactivity. Also, since I received that text today, I've sent and received text messages.

So what's the story?

Thats a strange one @Neil_19933. If your account is inactive, we do send you a text to remind you to top up or make a call or text to keep your number active. To have a look at our text, click here to have a look at our blog All About: Keeping your Prepay Number Active.
