prepay 20 euro, paid 40 euro but next month card got expired

my plan is prepay 20 euro per month. I toped up 40 euro last month, it showed my new balance is 20 euro, so I thought I don't need to pay the second month. one month later it showed my new balance is 0 euro, but my plan has expired. I cannot call or use internet. Does it mean I can only top up 20 euro every month? otherwise the money will gone?

@Helena Hello 👋 I'll answer this for you - 3 Prepay 20 (and all other Prepay plans) require a top-up by the required amount every 28 days to stay active. After the 28 days have passed you begin to be charged for your calls, texts and data.
