I have a been using the €20 prepay plan for years. I most recently re paid for it on the 23rd of February this year. It is currently the 16th of March, and when I try to use my mobile data, I am getting message saying that I have run out of data for this month. I should have another week left in my plan.
I would like to know why this is happening and if other people are having the same problem? Can this be fixed?
It seems like that have a production environment down issue right now. I top up on 14th March and now only 2 days my plan expired
I just had the same issue! My last top up was on March 3rd and now they’re texting me saying that my balance is low and i don’t have any data! It’s a ALL YOU CAN EAT DATA!
Tired of having issues with 3! I will swap company as soon as possible 🤦🏻♀️
Same same, seems to be an issue that many other people have. Topped up on 5th for 20, expired just after midnight

I currently have the same issue I topped up on the 3rd of march and received a message saying my balance was low
Same for me, topped up 20 euro on 5th March
Same here, I topped up on March 10th.
Same thing happened to me this morning. I had a few days left on my plan and it expired, took the rest of my credit too. I had to top up again because I don't have access to WiFi at the moment.
Has anyone managed to get this resolved? I topped up on 14th Mar and now have no allowance, won't let me top up again and I can't get through to support.
