Today I went down to a 3 store and switched from billpay to prepay, and I was told to top up just use the app or the website.
Thats all fine and good except I cant access my account anytime I log in I get "No Active Customer or Subscriptions were Found" figured it took time to switch over but its been 4 hours at this point any help would be appreciated.

@Adrian1 Good morning 👋 some customers experience this after switching from Bill Pay to Prepay or vice versa. Have you registered from scratch after you changed account types? If so, drop me a PM with your details 👉 name, number, address, and date of birth.
