topped up twice by accident, plan still not activated

I'm on the three hero plan where if I top up by €15, I get unlimited calls, texts and data. I tried to top up, it said there was an issue with my csrd, I tried again and it didn't work, then I used google pay. I still have no credit or activated plan.

I'd be happy to look into this for you, did any of the top ups you attempted complete? Do the transactions show as complete or pending in your online banking?
