My credit has been disappearing from my phone after my 28 day plan is over. I had not used any of my credit after the end of my plan but the €20 I used to top up is gone. Can someone please look into this for me, thanks.
@Paddy630 Hi there, can you tell me when was the last time you topped-up by €20? What was the credit balance before you did that and what's your credit balance now?
