I have €30 balance in my account. I use a Huawei dongle for mobile broadband. When I try to connect to it I get a message 

You’ve used all your mobile broadband balance.

How do I fix this?

For the message you're getting, are you being redirected to the Three website for it? If not, where is the message showing? Do you currently have a plan activated?
