Top up but no data?

I recently toped up my data plan last night (all you can eat) and was surprised to be informed that I had no data after only using 100mbs of data.

My credit is completely gone and I'm kinda lost since I haven't a clue as to how any of this works.

Same type issue here, topped up 30 euros last night, but no data yet.

I'd be happy to help you with this, but I have a few questions to help me ID our next steps.

 

  • What plan are you on you'll be able to see the name on your My3 dashboard
  • Are you currently in Ireland?
  • Are you having any issues with your calls and texts?
  • Have you powered off and on the phone?
