From what I saw on their website they scratched all old plans(15€ hero plan, 20€ regular) and add some 3 new ones instead ofc more expensive ones overnight
As far as I know every single prepaid customer of theirs is affected
We had no update about this information whatsoever they just did it like that! Without updating their customers!
Not to mention what they did is unlawful!
You CANNOT change the contract few days after customer already paid you money for it.
They should be sued for this...
If I paid for my top up 10 days ago it should last for 28days no matter if they updated their plans or not!

Even in top up confirmation text from 10 days ago from three it reads clearly ACTIVE FOR NEXT 28 DAYS!
I want my money back for unused part of a month
