Why have to pay to listen to voicemail?

I think its about time 3 scrapped their charges for listening to your voicemail. No other network charges for this service.
So why dose 3 ?

Yes thats my point no other network charges for voicemail calls .
Personally since 3 tuck over from 02 the quality of service has suffered
alot unfortunately

@John_07434 Hi John, thanks for your feedback. Currently, there are no plans to make voicemail free on all our phone plans. As voicemail is an extra service offered by Three it's a chargeable event. I will pass on your feedback to our Future Developments team.
