Won a competition in February - didn't receive prize

Hi I won a competition in February but I never received the prize. I updated my address over the phone when I was informed I won, so it shouldn't have been posted to the wrong address. I've contacted 3 multiple times about this and still not resolved months later. Can I get an update ASAP.
