Competition prize not received

Hi,

On Wednesday 12th of February I spoke with 3 employees who told me I won tickets to the concert.

If I understood it correctly, the concert will take place on February 19, so in 5 days and I only received a confirmation that I won the prize, and the rest of the information I will receive on my e-mail, but to this day I have not received anything.
