Hi, I received a call yesterday to say the tickets I purchased on 3 plus presale were selected to be upgraded. I have not yet received an email with the details, with the concert being on Monday I was wondering if I could speak to anyone about this issue

Hi Niall, I have received the email however it says my upgrade is for the 04/03/2025 and my tickets are for the 03/03/2025. What can I do about this?

Hi abbie, 

This was the same problem I had and unfortunately they wouldn't change the dates as they said the prize was for the 4th,  and we are going on the 3rd.  Hopefully you have better luck . I have 2 daughters here very disappointed

Hey @Abbie_31877, thanks for posting this here, I have checked this with the Three+ team who have confirmed that the competition was only available for the March 4th concert and this would have been advised on the call before offering the prize.

Hi Audrey, what a shame. When the call came through the operator on the call had all the details about my tickets and purchase and given the initial three plus presale was for the show on the 3rd this seems strange that upgrades were for tickets on the 4th.

Yeh I was the same  she knew about the dates but kept saying its for the 4th  and I kept saying it was rhw 3rd. Surely they shouldn't of offered it  to us if they knew the dates we were going

Hey @Audrey_10293  and @Abbie_31877, apologies for the delay as I've been working with the teams to try and get a resolution and I have some good news.  Any competition winners with tickets for March 3rd will be added to the Three+ guest list with access to the Three+ lounge and can collect the wristbands at the 3Concierge as per email they received. 

I have checked this here and unfortunately that event is only happening on March 4th.

Hi the same thing happened to me. My partner won what he thought was actual concert tickets but turned out to just be an VIP upgrade for the 4th of March which is the night I’m not even going to her concert essentially got my hopes up for nothing . Couldn’t understand  the lady on the phone. Disappointed as I will now miss out on the competition. Is there any way the upgrade can be considered for the 3rd of March?
