I’ve received missed calls from 61203660, I can’t answer due to where I work (with no phone reception). Is this a call saying I’ve won a competition or just calling about offers? Is there a way to use an email rather than calling?
Do they not leave a voicemail as i was wondering the same

All of our competition winners are listed here each month and are only contacted by call by our Loyalty team, if you are looking to receive notifications from our loyalty team via email only you can do this by contacting 1913 or logging into your My3 account however Three+ competition winners would be contacted by call only.
So if I miss a single call from them, I lose out on a prize? Bit annoying considering I can’t always accept calls. Thanks
Ahh, so people with only Three Mobile Broadband (no phone) will never win anything?
Hey @Add_01998, we understand that Broadband customers are unable to receive calls to their modem. When setting up the account you will be asked to provide a contact number so we can send notifications to you and also so our loyalty team can contact you when offers are available on your account. This is the number that the loyalty team will call to inform competition winners giving broadband and mobile users the same opportunity to win prizes.
I finally answered the call from the number above and they hung up straight away.. any idea what the point of that call is?
