Did I win a prize?

Hi there, I got a call recently from three competitions but got cut off early in the call, I tried to ring back but got an automated answering machine. No one has called me back since. Can you advise what the nature of the call was about please? Thanks

Same thing happened me, they kept ringing me every day for a few days and any time I answered nobody would talk back. Was told by their twitter page the number was genuine?

@Topupdoesntworkever When selecting competition winners, only one attempt to contact is made. If you've received several calls, it's probably our Loyalty team trying to contact you about our current promotions. @Deirdre_31635  A call from our Loyalty Team wouldn't guarantee that you have won a competition as the Loyalty team call customers about either offers on the account or they also call competition winners.
