I'd recommend having a look at the I've received a call and won a prize, what happens next? section which I have linked in the All About: Winning with Three+ article. Depending on the prize it can take up to 4 weeks to receive the prize or if you have won tickets with Three+ you will receive an email to RSVP the week before the event.
