It is a scam - if you go through the list of winners listed for the last 6 months for example, you will see similar names reappearing all the time - either someone (or more than one) is fixing winners for family, friends, etc., or they (3Ireland) are just making up names and assiging to previous competition/prizes, etc. - this has been widely discussed on other social media platforms...
