Hey @Lisamarie_76881 , thanks for posting here, once our competition winners have been selected they will receive a call from our Loyalty Team who will confirm the prize on the call. Once the winners list has been confirmed we will post the names on the Competition Winners List linked below and if the winner decides they would prefer for their name not to public we would list them as anonymous.
Hey @John_08522 thanks for posting here, our Loyalty team would always call from one of our Irish numbers listed in the Why is Three Contacting Me? blog. These calls wouldn't come from a Private/Unknown number and I'd recommend that you save the numbers in your contacts if you would prefer for them to appear as Three if they call.
