Why is Three Contacting Me?

If you have received a missed call from 061 203660 or a text from 50219, you might want to figure out if this was Three trying to contact you and why.

If you have agreed to receive calls from us, then you will occasionally be contacted by the Loyalty team. The Loyalty team might be contacting you to let you know about some new products or services that they think will suit you and your needs, or they might just be checking in to see if you are happy with the products and services that you are already receiving. Either way, it’s a good idea to have a chat with them, as they could be about to save you a some money!

 

Not sure if you are signed up to receive these calls? Take a look in the ‘Permissions & Preferences’ section on My3. If you haven’t ticked ‘Phone’ then click ‘Edit’, tick ‘Phone’ and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save’. You will then be added to Three's Loyalty team calling list 👍

Add 061203660 to your contacts list to make sure you that know when it’s Three calling! If you miss the call, you will not be able to call us back, but don't worry, the Loyalty team will try to catch you again.
