If you have received a missed call from 061 203660, 061 203642,061 203682 or a text from 50219, you might want to figure out if this was Three trying to contact you and why. 

 

Please note:

 

If you have received an SMS from Three that reads: Your number has been inactive for 12 months and is scheduled for cancellation in 30 days as per our terms. To keep your number active, simply top up. Want to know more please click here.

 

*If you have received an SMS from Three that reads: Service message for Three customers. As outlined in your agreement with Three, price changes will be applied to your monthly plan recurring charge. This is a message from Three for more information please click here

 

*If you have received an SMS from Three that reads: Service message for Three customers. From your April bill, a 4.5% annual price increase will apply as outlined in your agreement with Three. This is a message from Three for more information please click here

 

 

If you receive any call claiming to be from Three and are unsure of its legitimacy, you can hang up and call us back on 1913, leave a comment below, or contact us on X/Facebook or Instagram to confirm with our Customer Care Team.

Not sure if you are signed up to receive these calls? Take a look in the ‘Permissions & Preferences’ section on My3. If you haven’t selected ‘Phone’ contact permissions and would like to receive phone calls from Three Loyalty, click ‘Edit’, check the ‘Phone’ box, and click ‘Save’. You will then be added to the Loyalty team calling list 👍

Add 061203660, 061 203642, and 061 203682 to your contacts list to make sure you that know when it’s Three calling! If you miss the call, you will not be able to call us back, but don't worry, the Loyalty Team will try to catch you again.
