Missed call from three loyalty team

Hi there, 

I had a missed call today but my phone never rang. I called the number back and got an automated message saying that it was the three loyalty team and not to worry, that I would get another callback, but noone called back. Is it possible to check this out?

Hey @Add_11859 , if you have missed a call from our loyalty team they may have been looking to speak to you about an offer on your account, if you call 1913 the team will be able to check this on the account for you.
