I had repeated missed calls from the loyalty team in December but my phone DID NOT ring!?!? I had my phone in my hand on a few occasions and a miss call just appeared without my phone calling and you can’t call the number back and speak to someone. Does this come from a competition win?

Instead of telling everyone to ring 1913, could support actually find out why me and others are getting calls (that don't ring the phone) and 1 minute long silent messages . Mine are from 061-203660

Thanks @Stephen_49558 I can assure you that I understand your query and I will pass this feedback onto the team, our loyalty team will attempt to call and if there is no answer the call would end however if the phone isn't ringing on your end I would recommend saving the number as a contact and restarting the phone to see if this helps on the device.
Thanks Niall. I need to explain a bit further. To your points - 1) you state that if there is no answer the call would end - No., 30second to 1 minute messages without anybody speaking are being left. I have googled elsewhere and this happens to other 3 customers. 2) This is NOTHING to do with the device. As others (including on this thread itself) have stated - it's when THREE ring from the 061 number. So telling people to restart their phone is a complete waste of time. 3) I have looked into this further - and the problem appears to be "ringless voicemail" (also known as "robocalls"), that telephone/mobile companies, and telemarketeers, use to send messages straight to voicemail without "interupting" the person. Sometimes used to avoid "do not call" requests - as no call is received, just a voicemail. There have been court cases in the US about this. 4) Now, to the point - whether THREE is making these calls or the caller ID (061) number is being spoofed, I don't know. For example, why would THREE leave blank messages as no real point. 5) But clearly there IS a problem. And it relates to THREE loyalty etc. call numbers. Either real or spoofed. That leaves THREE SUPPORT with a job to do - pass this feedback on, but ALSO promise to REVERT with findings so that the many threads on 3Support about this can be laid to rest. 6) I am happy to make a formal complaint about THREE if this will result in a more formal response to this issue. 7) I think you will agree, this is unacceptable and the problem needs to be sorted - and in this regard, as a first step, could you, as 3Support, confirm whether THREE uses "Ringless Voicemail" technology when making calls to customers.
