I can understand your disappointment at not winning one of our competitions yet as we have some amazing prizes each month however all of our competition winners are randomly selected from the list of entrants so the best chance to win is by entering the competitions on the app and best of luck with entering these competitions.

There's nothing random about the selection of winners.

There are multiple threads on this forum where people have raised concern over the same names winning prizes multiple times. Interesting that no Three moderators have engaged with those topics. 

The list of winners which is typically posted has suddenly disappeared, but others have linked it.

Take a look at the winners yourself, Anne McCarthy (4x winner of gig tickets), Rachel Kendrick (2x winner), Thiago Almeida (2x winner), Denise O'Conner (2x winner of 2nights B&B in consecutive months). Additionally there are multiple 'Anonymous' winners, no doubt other people who've won multiple times and it's being covered up.

It's all one bug scam to make the network look attractive and make it look as though they really want to give something back to loyal customers when the truth is only a select few get chosen from staff

The system we use to pick these winners from,  is completely random to ensure unbiased selection. Every entry has an equal and fair opportunity to be selected.
