Regifting tickets

Hi,

I won tickets to a concert last week, still haven't received them but I can't make the concert myself. Can I regift the tickets to someone else?

As you're new to the Community you'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments. Did you get to regift them, I wanted to do this and was told under not allowed? Also on completion was ment to get a hoody and gift pack but the concierge knew nothing about it, so disappointed.
