Congratulations on winning tickets to the 3Arena. Once the Loyalty team has confirmed with you that you are accepting the prize it can take up to 10 working days before you receive an email from Three+. Your tickets won't be included in the email as you will be collecting these on the night at the concierge desk beside Entrance 1 and your name will be on the list.
