missed calls

Hiya, I got a call from your team two weeks ago and since have not been able to call back i had answered the phone and got cut off then just wondering if there is a number to contact 

It was a Limerick number that had called

They did it to me too I think it's bit of a joke how many people miss the call, I'd say they divvy the prizes out between themselves if u don't answer which happens to almost everyone.

Hey @Sophieo333 , thanks for posting here on the Community, if you have received a call from our Loyalty team this may be in relation to a competition or an offer on your account. If you would like to speak to a customer care agent this can be done by calling 1913.

@Andrea_59996 as part of the terms and conditions of the competitions if you receive a call and the call isn't answered the team will continue and call the next person on the list. Three Staff are not allowed to enter or win a competition and our competition winners are listed on the Three+ Competition Winners 2024 blog.

This one missed call rule is an absolute disgrace as I don't have my phone glued to me!!If the person wins it is very easy to leave them a message or a text if they are lucky enough to win in fairness and no way should a person who wins fair and square have their prize given to someone else just because they miss a call!!

I am well aware of the terms and conditions hence why I am so unhappy here!

I would fully understand if it was a live draw on TV like Spin To Win on This Morning when the person  is rang live on air but these competitions clearly are not and no other company rings once and then moves on to the next person like this as I have checked loads of terms and conditions elsewhere!

This is extremely unfair on people who are busy doing various things like working or caring for a loved one!

I am obviously not blaming you but something needs to be done regarding this!

Usually there are multiple attempts to contact someone if they win over a week or two or there is a number to ring back!

The fact you can't ring back a direct number is just as bad as the same people winning competitions before!

It leaves a really bad taste in my mouth!

I can't believe a bigger deal isn't being made of this being honest as it just isn't fair or right!
