Hi I won tickets to the WWE on the 3rd of November and I haven’t received the tickets yet any update?

Hey @Christopher_22015 ,  I'd love to help you here. With events taking place in the 3Arena you won't receive an email to confirm the tickets until a week before the event so you should receive an email to confirm the tickets by close of business Monday. On the email you will need to RSVP and then you will collect the tickets on the night from the concierge desk.

Hi Niall, when I got the phone call I was told I would be emailed my tickets 10 days before the gig I don’t want to rock up to the three arena and for the tickets not to be there

Hey @Christopher_22015 , I'd be happy to clarify this for you, so the tickets are normally emailed out a week before the event but as this is on a Sunday you may not receive an email until next Monday. You can view more information on the Winning with Three+ blog here.

I can understand your concern and firstly I would recommend checking if your name is on the Three+ Competition Winners 2024 article here. The team will email you within the timelines however if you don't receive an email to RSVP by next Tuesday you can pop through to us here on PM along with your name and email however if I request this now they will advise me to wait until you are within a week of the event.

Hey @Christopher_22015 , I have received information from the team that there was a delay with sending out the emails to competition winners to claim tickets and you should receive this link before the end of the day.
