Tickets never arrived

Hi

I received a phone call about 3 weeks ago saying I'd won tickets to the Biggest Disco event. No email has been received since. I need to know are they standing or seated tickets and how to claim them.  Can this be sorted ASAP please so I can arrange to use the prize.

Hey @Debbie_40682 if you have won a competition to either the 3Arena or 3Olympia you won't receive an email from the venue until the week before however I can confirm that the tickets for the Biggest Disco are seated.
