Hey @Hannah_16873 , thanks for posting here, I have checked this here with the team and anyone who has been contacted about winning one of these Tyler the creator tickets on Saturday, may receive an error that won't allow you to RSVP.
No need to worry as the team have also advised me that your names will be on the guestlist including access to the Three+ Lounge before the event with doors opening at 6:30pm.
These tickets can be collected at the concierge desk beside Entrance 1 at the 3Arena and this is the entrance that is on the opposite side of the Luas Stop.
