Cannot send mms messages

Hello. I have had this problem for a while now and it has not been resolved. I have been onto 3 help a few times and followed their suggestions. I can't send MMS messages and can't send pictures by imessage either.

Also I can't send premium rate messages where they charge for texts. Do you think this is a block on my bill where I can't do something that charges extra maybe? Or is it a sim card/device issue? I tried the sim in another iphone and it still did not send.

Hi @Imran31👋 This is not what I like to hear, I'd love to look into this for you I just need a little more info 👍 How long have you been having difficulty with sending messages? Is it just standard text messages that are failing or are you having issues with other services? Do you see an error message when it fails? Also, what's the make and model of your phone?
