I recently got a new phone and I've noticed ever since that any incoming calls are appearing as "Unknown" as opposed to a phone number so I have no idea who is ringing me before answering. Is there some setting in the phone I can turn on so that phone numbers will appear?
I have been speaking to the team here who are aware of this happening to a small cohort of customers using select Honor devices and are currently working on a fix. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee when this will be resolved however it will be next week at the earliest. As soon as I have confirmation or updates from the team I will pop back here to you.
I'm having same issue about 10 days after an update...I have honor 90 phone.. any indication as when this will be rectified...or will 3 exchange phones if they can't
The only response I've gotten is the one from Niall above. I haven't received any calls in the last few days so not sure if the issue is still persisting or not.
